Sightsavers may remove suppliers from their Approved Supplier list where companies in the

This Code of Conduct is a basic requirement of what is expected from our Suppliers and
their subcontractors. This code highlights our commitment to the Modern Slavery Act 2015
and wider legislation within the supply chain of our suppliers.
Whilst we recognise that this Code cannot be enforced with regular due diligence checks
due to the Global nature of our supply chain, we assume that by signing this code, our
suppliers agree to adhere to the detailed conditions of the code and will reasonably enforce
the same with their subcontractors. If the code cannot be adhered to, or there are instances
of this code being breached by either the supplier or subcontractor we would expect
immediate notification of such an incident and a formal review of the supplier relationship
would be initiated.
