- Taking out elements from the kitchen and storage in room 1 phase I – This can cause work
delays in room 1 (to many elements to go around during installation of insulation, HVAC and
electrical installations
- Securing the rest of equipment in the kitchen from damage using old insulation and PVC foil
- Roof demolition
- Dismantling the HVAC in room 1 and disposal to landfill
- Start of placing the thermal insulation on the façade walls (Behind Alu-bond)

Electrical works

- Grounding on the roof installations – if weather permits

- Dismantling the electrical installations in the roof of the kitchen
- Container connection
- Maintenance of the electrical installations

- Placing the thermal insulation on the façade walls (Behind Alu-bond)
