1.05 Cash Allowances: - Team agree that $100,000 shall be carried by ITC for ITC & PC

1.06 Cash Allowances: - Following discussions with the team, the Cash ITC
CoGen allowance for CoGen shall be increased from $750,000
(per Bid documents) to $900,000 (per Owner request in

1.09 Cash Allowances: - Contract value of specified flooring is $736,889.68. ITC INFO
Flooring proposed savings of $280,000 (suites) plus $35,305
(washrooms), leaving a revised Contract value of
$421,584.68.
- ITC confirm that the samples of the Dura LVT and
Altima vinyl sheet flooring are ~$4.50/sq ft. As is, the
proposed savings noted in the item above are based on
a flooring product at ~$4.00/sq ft. ITC to provide cut
sheets and samples of the product at $4.00/sq ft.
- Flooring: ITC to find a colour match for the proposed ITC
alternate vinyl plank flooring similar to specified flooring.
- As-is, there is a ~$50,000 risk attached to the flooring
value, which is not noted in ITC’s proposed savings
noted above.

1.10 Cash Allowances: - Cabinets: Specified Contract value of $813,513.00. INFO


Cabinets - ITC propose savings of $108,513.00 to reduce the
Contract value to $705,000 .
- ProCura’s risk for cabinets is expected to be
~$108,513.00

1.11 Cash Allowances: - Plumbing fixtures: Contract value of $523,609 as INFO


Plumbing Fixtures specified.
- ITC propose savings of $200,000 to reduce the Contract
value to $323,609.00.
- ProCura’s risk associated with plumbing fixture
alternates is expected to be ~$75,000.

1.12 Cash Allowances: - Light Fixtures: Specified Contract Value of $325,930.00. INFO
Light Fixtures - ITC propose savings of $133,430.00 to reduce the
Contract value to $192,500.

1.13 Appliances - ProCura would like an additional 6-months warranty on ITC


the appliances – negotiate with Trail
- Typical process is that the 1 year warranty on INFO
appliances begins upon Substantial Performance of the
Work, even if the project is partially occupied.
- ProCura suggested commissioning all appliances at ITC
Substantial Performance to ensure the 1 year warranty
period is not compromised.
- MI to confirm if louvres can be removed from laundry ITC & MI
room doors and add louvre to wall above the door and
make the doors 2” shorter – ITC to price accordingly
- Ventless is the cheaper option by ~$40,000 (capital INFO
cost) and the maintainece cost is decreased as the lint
traps will not need to be cleaned.
- ProCura request that two additional washer/dryers be ITC
added to Contract for maintenance purposes

1.17 Slab on Grade - MI to review with Dialog (Structural) that removing MI
