This is to inform all biology faculty handling Biology courses of Graduating students. Please
follow the schedule of examination and submission of grades so that students will not have a
delay in the completion of the needed graduation requirements.

On the other hand, please take note of the following:

- Fix the schedule of class discussion, activities and examination. Submission of the final
output for the course should not fall during the examination week. Deadline of all the
output must be on March 3, 2017 so that you will still have time to check and evaluate the
output of the students.
- All grades must be posted not later than March 08, 2017. Failure to submit the grade of
the students will disqualify them in graduation rites.
- No NG should be given to graduating students.
- For Saturday classes – there are two holidays, that falls on a Saturday (January 28, 2016
and February 25, 2016) please fix the schedule to accommodate the class activities that
falls on the two Saturdays. If you intend to have class, please inform the office so that we
will make necessary procedure to allow you to enter in the school.
