Terms and Conditions
“WOW! 4x AEON BiG MEMBER POINTS with BiG Value Rewards”

1.0 CAMPAIGN PERIOD

1.1 AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad (“AEON Credit”)’s “WOW! 4x AEON BiG
MEMBER POINTS with BiG Value Rewards” (“Campaign”) will commence from
24 July 2017 until 24 July 2018, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

2.0 ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The Campaign is open to all AEON BiG Classic and AEON BiG Gold Visa Credit
only. (“Eligible Cardholders”).

3.0 QUALIFYING CONDITIONS:

3.1 To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Cardholders who purchase any product/item
with any amount (RM) of spending at any AEON BiG stores* will be entitled to enjoy
4x AEON BiG MEMBER POINTS with BiG Value Rewards.
3.2 This Campaign is only applicable for transactions made at any AEON BiG stores*
nationwide every Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.
3.3 This 4x AEON BiG MEMBER POINTS with BiG Value Rewards is not applicable for
every 28th of the month (AEON BiG MEMBER Thank You day), every 10th of the
month (Double Points Day),petrol transactions, disputed transactions, 0%
Instalment Payment Plans, Flexi Payment Plans, Balance Transfers, Cash
Advances, late payment charges, reversals and other fees and charges.
3.4 Eligible Cardholders will get 4X AEON BiG MEMBER Points (“Additional 2 Points”)
for every RM1 spent throughout the Campaign Period.
3.5 Transactions made by Supplementary Cardholders will be aggregated under the
Principal Cardholders’ account. Points will be credited automatically to the Principal
Cardholder.
3.6 The Points will be auto fulfilled by the system and will be reflected in the Eligible
Cardholder’s statement within 60days from every end of the month.
3.7 At the time of awarding the Points, the Principal Cardholder of the AEON BiG Credit
Card account must be prompt and in good standing.
3.8 For the avoidance, “Additional 2 Points” shall be collectively referred to as “Points”.

Note: Eligible Cardholders will not be able to enjoy 4x POINTS if the selected three (3) days
(Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday) falls on the 28th of the month (AEON BiG Thank You Member
Day or 10th of the month (Double Points Day) as stated in Clause 3.3 above.

5.0 AEON BiG MEMBER POINTS

5.1 Generally two (2) points will be collected for every RM1.00 spent in a single
transaction. However, AEON BiG Credit Cardholders may collect 2X additional points
on top of the general points for every RM1.00 spent every Tuesday, Saturday and
Sunday during the Campaign Period as illustrated in Clause 4 above.

5.2 AEON Credit is entitled to reverse out the Member Card points earned at any time if
products or goods purchased at the AEON BIG Stores and/or External Merchants are
returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This
also applies to exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an
equivalent value. AEON Credit and/or AEON BIG reserves the right to refuse any
return or refund process if you fail to produce the Member Card upon request.

5.3 Points awarded and/or points redeemed for purchase may be reversed and/or
cancelled if AEON Credit determines that the points were earned and/or redeemed
not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated herein and/or due to any
system error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of AEON Credit’s
employees that are contrary to these Terms and Conditions will not have the effect of
changing these Terms and Conditions contained herein.

5.4 AEON Credit is under no obligation to award Member Card points for any reason
outside of qualifying transactions.

5.5 No point will be rewarded for purchases of Gift Cards, mobile top up, tobacco related
products, and other products purchased outside from participating AEON BIG stores
and/or External Merchants.

5.6 Points will be awarded by AEON Credit for all GST costs payable by cardholders.

6.0 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

6.1 The Points are not transferable to any third party, non-negotiable and
non-exchangeable for cash, credit or kind in part or in full, or other redemption
item(s), except where expressly stated in the AEON BiG Member Card Redemption
Program.

6.2 AEON Credit shall have the sole and absolute discretion to vary the date and the
frequency of crediting the Points. The Points may be withdrawn or cancelled by
AEON Credit at its sole and absolute discretion if any purchase made by the Eligible
Cardholder under this Campaign is void, cancelled and/or fraudulent.

6.3 The Eligible Cardholder acknowledges that there may be a lapse of time between
transactions made using the AEON Credit Card and the crediting of the Points into
the Eligible Cardholder’s account. As such, AEON Credit does not represent and
warrant for the Points to be made readily available into the Eligible Cardholder’s
account immediately.
6.4 By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardholder is deemed to have read,
understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions stated herein.
6.5 AEON Credit shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of
evidence of sales transactions by VISA International Incorporated, MasterCard
International Incorporated, merchant establishments, postal or telecommunication
authorities or any other party which may result in the Eligible Cardholders being
omitted from the fulfilment process.
6.6 AEON Credit reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this
Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms
and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any
such cancellation, termination or suspension by AEON Credit shall not entitle the
Eligible Customer to any claim or compensation against AEON Credit for any and all
loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardholders whether as a direct or
indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
6.7 AEON Credit’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign will be final and
binding on all Eligible Cardholders. No further correspondence or attempts to dispute
such decisions will be considered by AEON Credit.
6.8 AEON Credit reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Cardholders from receiving
the Points in the event the Eligible Cardholders do not comply with any of these
Terms and Conditions, or has committed fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to their
AEON Credit Card and / or any transactions made thereof.
6.9 AEON Credit shall not be liable in any way whatsoever, for any event arising from any
act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm,
technical or system failures of any kind, unauthorized human intervention and
electronic or human error in the administration and processing of the Points.
6.10 These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time and in the event of
inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall supersede any previous terms and
conditions stated in any other promotional or advertising materials.
6.11 The Terms and Conditions herein shall apply to and be read together with the
provisions in the AEON Credit Card General Information. In the event of any

discrepancy or inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions herein and those
contained in the AEON Credit Card General Information, the Terms and Conditions
set out herein shall prevail in so far as they apply to the Campaign.
6.12 The Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by and construed under the laws
of Malaysia.
