MPP App design project is a part of SAP IT PRM(Partners Relationship Management) Project. Its
Mobility for Inside Sales program that will provide an easy way for SAP Marketing Contacts and other internal
users who are assigned to their channel partner’s actionable items needed to be performed under 4 categories:
Program, Business, Funds and Contacts Categories on their mobile devices (desktops, laptops, hybrid
laptop/tablets, and tablets). This is using UI5 as front end and CRM system as backend.

Responsibilities:
 Analyzing the Functional Specifications and Preparing the FS Review, Technical specification, Coding,
code review, UTR documents for the client requirement.

Responsibilities:

Reliance Jio Infocomm, which is planning to roll out high-speed broadband services based on 4G LTE

services under the 4G platform at drastically lower prices. Services will not be confined to only data and voice
but there will be a bouquet of services catering to everyone's need ranging from telephony to social media. This
is an end-to end SAP CRM Implementation project with CRM Sales, Services, Marketing, Interaction Center,
IS-Telecom & Integration with SAP CC, SAP CI Systems & Many 3rd party systems such as HPSM, Self-Care,
POS, TeleCordia, TIBCO and etc.

Responsibilities:
 Attending monthly/Quarterly workshops & Telco Boot camps with SAP AG Germany Product team for
IS-Telco Business requirements & solution feasibility from 4G Technical team.

simplifying the work which they carry in day-to-day operations were given high priority while
building up the transactions.

Contribution:

Project Details: SCALE Global Template Project is specially designed & implemented for The Coca-Cola
Company Bottlers across the Globe. This was the 1st Template Rollout for SCALE & Application Maintenance
Support for CHINA Localization (CCCIL) for 2 plants & 12 company codes.

Responsibilities:
A) As part of Localization Development work & Template Changes:
 As a part of localization, we need to modify the Template Developments and adding new requirements
to the Localization box. Handled Chinese Translation work as part of Localization.
 Coding, Code Review & Unit testing as per coding standards.
 Assigning & Coordinating the work with Off-shore Team
 Updating the Work Stream Status to Client & Satyam Periodically.
B) As part of Application Maintenance Support for Localization:
 Warranty Period Support & Post implementation support includes solving the tickets raised by the End
users/Power Users.
 Monitoring HPSC Service Center, Analyzing & resolving the bugs which involve Coding & Unit Testing.
 Preparing the Document of Learning/Experience from each IM ticket.

customer master status after billing has been created.

fields CDE Equipment and Serial number onto Sales & Billing documents.
 Developed an Enhancement for Golden Tax System (GTS) & Rebate Management System (RMS) using
Screen exit and Custom Table creation for GTS.
 Developed Shipment List with Settlement Status Report: Display a list of shipments with their final
settlement status, Including total number of cases per shipment and total value of shipment.
 Developed GTS & RMS Reconciliation Report: A reconciliation report is required to compare information
between GTS and SAP to ensure both systems are in sync.

the SAP-APP Dev Implementation. Thus, the whole project was executed Onsite and Offshore model.
