SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, _______________________, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of

Bacolod City, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
___________________, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for and in my
name, place and stead, to act and represent me in all matters pertaining to the
following:

1. To process and/or dispose in my behalf under the Voluntary Offer to Sell

(VOS) Program of the Department of Agrarian Reform, Lot ____ covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. ___________ located at E.B. Magalona,
Negros Occidental.

2. To conduct the necessary negotiations with the concerned government

offices regarding the transfer to the government or farmer-beneficiaries of the
above-described real property.

3. To secure whatever needed documentations of the above-described real

property from the concerned government agencies such as but not limited to
the City/Provincial Treasurer’s Office, City/Provincial Assessor’s Office,
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR),
Land Bank of the Philippines, Land Management Bureau and such other
agencies in connection with the authority herein conferred.

4. To receive payments, either in cash, check and/or Agrarian Reform Bonds.

5. To collect and receive bond interest payments, bond redemption proceeds

and to encash checks proceeds.

6. To sell, assign, dispose, transfer or endorse Agrarian Reform/ Land Bank

Bonds.

7. To execute and sign any papers and/or instruments necessary in the

perfection of the foregoing activities.

8. To appoint agents/persons at their own discretion to aid them in processing

the necessary papers and/or instruments in relation to the VOS of the above-
described real properties.

9. To do whatever act(s) necessary in order to fully and effectively execute and

implement the authority herein conferred with respect to the above-described
real property.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said Attorney-in-fact full powers

and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully for all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said Attorneys-in-fact shall

lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
