is owner of the Water Supply Projects in Long An, Vietnam with total capacity of 300.000 m'/d
(included phase 2 & 3)" serving about 10.000 ha industrial zones and municipal areas of Long An
Province.

and expressing interest on investment and cooperation in developing PMV's projects, we are
strongly interested on cooperation with RBC in both this phase and the fuither phases in 2018 -
2019.

To understand the projects in details, as well as RBD's interest, we would invite you for a
meeting in HCMC on early February 2018" We will visit the PVIV's Water Plants operating in
Long An, serving areas and discussion on the related items to initiate the cooperation of PMV
and RDC.
