Product overview
Micro-grid is a concept relative to the traditional large
grid, which refers to the network composed of multiple
distributed power supplies and their related loads according to
certain topological structure, and is connected to conventional
grid through static switches.
Micro-grid is an autonomous system that can realize
self control, protection and management, which can run in
conjunction with the external grid or run in isolation.
With the development of smart grid, electricity selling
reform of state grid and new power supply demand of
military engineering, the new requirements for new power
supply, quality of power, power supply equipment, network
and management, and reliability of power supply are put
forward, and the new cooperation mode about power and
energy consumption, production, technology and management
innovation is developed.
Zhen'an and military jointly and successfully developed
the ship shore power, three-proof control system and other
special products, and explored a new way of collaborative
innovation of civil-military integration.

① Energy router: plays the role of distributed collaboration and
exchanging the amount of energy.
② Hybrid energy storage device: combines multiple energy

Moisture-proof distribution cabinet

Adopt semiconductor refrigeration and

dehumidification technology
When the current flows through two different metals, the temperature near joint will
change, one ends will be cool, the other end is hot, the fan makes moisture in the air contact
with cooler, and the water vapor will be liquefied when meeting cold and then discharged
through the diversion pipe.

Design of air duct inside cabinet

The warm and humid air flow into the dehumidifier from the back of distribution
cabinet, and the cold and dry air passing through dehumidifier will flow into the switchgear
from the front of dehumidification unit, sequentially flow through each switch room, to
maximize the efficiency of the fan, but also make the humidity distribution in cabinet is
more uniform.

Process characteristics
1. The cabinet is made of high quality cold rolled steel plate or stainless steel plate,
and adopts the seamless foaming sealing strip with cavity, the sealing strip is provided with
flange and lip with protection rating of IP54.
2. The surface anti-corrosion treatment process mainly includes degreasing, derusting,
phosphating and passivation, and then spraying and covering, to effectively enhance the
corrosion resistance.
3. The gaskets for threaded fasteners are made of nylon or other plastics to enhance
tightness.
4. The device interface is sealed with the seal cartridge that is made of nylon or other
plastic.
5. All wires and components are damp and heat (TH) products, with good waterproof,
anti fog, anti rust and mildew resistance.

Electromagnetic pulse tray

Electromagnetic pulse shielding tray

This series of tray are designed according to the requirements of RFJ01-2001 Code for
Design of Electromagnetic Pulse Protection for Civil Air Defense Works, which have been used
in large-scale civil air defense works, and can play the role in shielding the secondary radiation
of cable and external signal of cable coupling after the site inspection by the Electromagnetic
Pulse Protection Research Test Center of PLA National Defense Engineering. The products are
mainly used in various engineering of communications hubs and command posts.
The product is authorized as 1 national patent for invention (electromagnetic pulse
shielding tray, patent number: 200910024401.X), and named as high-tech product in Jiangsu.

Three-proof control system

System structure of product

The three-proof control system is mainly composed of three-proof control box,

LED three-proof screen, valve control box, fan control box and other equipment,
the core of which is the three-proof control box including main control box and sub-
control box, in which, the main control box is installed in the anti-chemical duty
room or command hall or other positions, equipped with man-machine interface,
capable of operating control and information feedback. The sub-control box is
installed in the air inlet or exhaust fan room or the distribution room of power station,
and connected with the three-proof fan, valve and other controlled equipment.
Each control box is communicated with each other through the CAN bus to form a
complete three-proof control system of Fieldbus.

Technical features of product

1. Simple network structure based on fieldbus technology;

2. The human-computer interaction can be realized through a touch screen
without industrial computer or server, which greatly reduces the cost of the system;
3. Three-proof control box integrates fan, valve, door bell, call button, three-
proof operation, three-proof display and other control functions, all necessary three-
proof control functions of a protective unit can be achieved by one three-proof
control box;
4. The logic field configuration, switching of ventilation mode, equipment
control and other operations of three-proof control are extremely simple and
convenient;
5. The normalized hardware configuration greatly simplifies installation, wiring

2. The box is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate by bending with protection grade of IP54, the special seamless foaming
sealing strip on door has excellent sealing performance, can effectively prevent the entry of moist air, the strip has been undergo the special

3. After the box surface is treated with oil removal, rust removal, phosphating and passivation, it is sprayed with plastic cover with

It uses real-time data acquisition module for the remote and centralized monitoring of
substation and 24-hour real-time monitoring to guarantee the safe operation of power and timely

aspects: the first, front-end acquisition device; the second, system structural

High-speed synchronous acquisition system is a data acquisition platform
based on LXI technology, and it provides standard LAN interface and supports
IEEE1588 timing requirement, with synchronization accuracy up to 200ns and
sampling period up to microsecond level, and it shows tremendous advantages
in applying to complex measurement and control objects, especially the
distribution of measurement and control objects (such as testing area, target
area, launching area, space-based and sky-earth integration system, and space
station, etc.), and it can realize the functions such as remote operation, system
integration, professional remote fault diagnosis, time base trigger, peer-to-peer
trigger and synthetic instrument, etc.

Technology characteristics
As the core hardware of the system, L X I-series synchronous test module
