High School Course 1 CA CS 2: Students achieve a level of physical fitness for health and performance while demonstrating knowledge of fitness concepts,
principles, and strategies.
Unit Summary:
Students will be able to develop a fitness program, track progress and goals through physical activity that is challenging and enjoyable.
Students will collaborate in small groups to develop their programs. The fitness tests used will be standardized tests (i.e. Cooper run test)
Students will create group presentations to show understanding of fitness concepts, workout program and fitness tests.
