ISSUE: 20180116- Re: Dangers of WIFI and microwaves & infertile even of young girls and boys, etc,

& the constitution

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.
This is a matter of concern to all States/Territories and Federal Governments albeit the Federal
government has the legislative powers to deal with it in the first place, and the States/Territories
can reign in the kind of towards that are build and so called smart meters, etc, that are causing
this horrendous problem to the general community.
The Framers of the Constitution held that it was better to have postal service and
telecommunication within one body under one responsible minister

It is just as important that the Federal Government shall have the care and management of the vehicles which

(Writers note: Notice they even refer to “management of the vehicles” not just legislative photo
opportunities for a Minister!)

If you give over the telegraph and postal business you thereby hand to the custody of the Federal Government
all the local appointments-the appointing of the postmasters, clerks, and other officers, who do not do

(Writers note: Notice they refer to appointments of officers etc and “large army of civil servants”
clearly this relates to Commonwealth Management, not some private company)

Clearly, the Framers of the constitution held that telecommunication should be under one
Minister with postal services and provided for by the Commonwealth only. However the Federal
government blatantly disregarded this and Barnaby Joyce then not validly elected was the one to
assist to sell off part of Telstra contrary to what he had stated during the prior election! There are
obviously also issues if the old Telstra sites that were under federal control were properly
disposed of to private persons/businesses as they may have been territories of the

Commonwealth and as such remain to be so unless the territories were first transferred back to
the relevant States. (But that is another story.)
Yet, we have an array of private businesses involved in letter and parcel delivery that in effect is
unconstitutional. As result we also have an ongoing complaint from Australia Post about losing
moneys on letter delivery which is self-inflicted as it and it alone ought to do all letter deliveries.
Worse is that the telecommunication has gone that far out of hands that radiation is massive upon
ever citizen.
What we do have however is that for example the so called (electricity) smart meters are
electronic telecommunication instruments which can only be approved by the Commonwealth of
Australia! Were they? If not then why has the Commonwealth of Australia blatantly disregarded
its responsibility about taking action against the states/territories?
Politicians have generally also children and those children are subjected to all kinds of radiation
and well those politicians seems to be blatantly ignorant how their failure to address matters
appropriately may in timeexpose the harm they inflicted either directly or indirectly upon their
own children and other descendants.
