Toll-Free Exchange Names New Managing Director

Denver, CO, January 15, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The Toll-Free Exchange is proud to announce the
appointment of industry veteran Shaun T. Moore as Vice President and Managing Director. Shaun brings
more than 25 years of Wholesale, Carrier and Retail communications experience to the Toll-Free
Exchange and its industry revolutionizing Toll-Free peering platform. He will be directing all aspects of
service delivery, platform evolution and strategic direction.

post PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) reality the is quickly becoming a reality. Shaun's
unique experience in all corners of the communications industry beginning with the foundational industry
giants WilTel, and Pacific Gateway Exchange along with his executive level leadership positions with
ANI Networks, Excel Communications, and most recently Directly of Strategic Services for Magna5 will
allow him to quickly contribute to the continued success and momentum the Exchange has enjoyed
to-date.
