SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, FLORAME AGUIRRE LAMBERT, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of

Barangay Ondoy, Ivisan, Capiz, Philippines; do hereby name, constitute and appoint
my brother PROCESO B. AGUIRRE III, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of
Ondoy, Ivisan, Capiz, Philippines, to be true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for me and
in my name, place and stead, to do the following acts, to wit:

1. To process and sign any documents pertaining to the parcel of land, under
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-57129 Lot No. 4, Block 20, Pad-06-063059, being
a portion of Lot1903, Capiz Cadastre Cad. 133, situated in the Barangay of
Cagay, City of Roxas, Province of Capiz;

2. To mortgage the same property to the Land Bank of the Philippines;

3. To register the mortgage and annotate the same to the title;

4. To perform such other act which are beneficial and necessary on the above-
mentioned transactions;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority to administer and all power could lawfully if personally
present, with power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
conforming all that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause
to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
