SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JOVELYN O. LATA, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Barangay

Poblacion Tabuc, Mambusao, Capiz, Philippines; do hereby name, constitute and
appoint my brother RIETZE O. LATA, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of
Barangay Poblacion Tabuc, Mambusao, Capiz, Philippines; to be true and lawful
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for me and in my name, place and stead, to do the following
acts, to wit:

1. To process and sign any documents pertaining to the parcel of land,

specifically Lot No. 354-B, under a Subdivision Agreement with an area of
NINETY SIX (96) SQUARE METRES more or less;

2. To receive the registered title under my name of the said property from the
Land Registration Authority (Register of Deeds) – Capiz; and

3. To perform such other act which are beneficial and necessary on the above-
mentioned transactions;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority to administer and all power could lawfully if
personally present, with power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying
and conforming all that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall lawfully do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
