Work History

2013 - 2015 Research Assistant

University of Texas at Dallas
Developed super/ultra-hydrophobic surfaces to reduce turbulent drag
on marine vehicles, a 3-year project funded by the Office of Naval

ABHIJEET Research.
Lead a team of 5 to successfully implement the ideas and available
Mechanical Engineer skills. Nano/microfabrication, MEMS used to develop patterns to
fabricated water repelling surfaces, analyzing drop impacts and
avisinghchaudhary@gmail.com behavior.
Drag reduction of 32% was observed on one of the surface with the
slip length ranging from 35μm -79 μm on different surfaces. (Office of
Summary Naval Research)
