The PNP ENTRANCE EXAMINATION is open to all Filipino citizens who meet the age, height and
educational requirements as provided herein, as well as to Police Officers I (PO1) vyhose app=ointments are
temporary for lack of appropriate eligibility. Those who pass this examination are confened by the National
Police Commission {NAPOLCOM) the PNP Entrance eligibility which is appropriate for appointment to the
rlnk of PO1, as prescribed under Sec. 30 of Republic Act No. 6975, as'amended by Fiepublic Act No.
8551.
THE NAPOLCOM UTILIZES THE ON-LINE EXAMINATION APPLICATTON SCHEDULTNG SYSTEM (OLEASS) FOR
THE SCHEDULING OF THE FILING OF APPLICATIONS FOR T}-IE
PNP ENTRANCE AND PROMOTIONAL EXAMINATIONS.
IN VIEW OF RESOURCE CONSTRAINTS, THE REGIONAL OFFICE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE
NUMBER oF EXAMINEES ITWILL AccoMMoDATE. AccEPTANcE oF AppLtcATtoNs sHALL BE oN "FIRST-

COME, FIRST-SERVED" BASIS AND, UPON DUE NOTICE, MAY BE STOPPED EVEN AHEAD OF THE DEADI-INE.

V, HOW TO GET A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT FOR FILING OF APPLICATTON FOR THE PNP

2. Applicant clicks SUBMIT after filling out the mandatory fields. A CONFIRMATTON will appear if
registration was successful. lf not, the process should be repeated.
3. Applicant clicks the PRINT CONFIRMATION LETTER button flashed on the screen to print his/her
confirmation letter.
4' Applicant with confirmed schedule shall be sent an auto-generated email wherein they shall be
required to access the on-link to enter all the required information in the application form. The filled-
out application .form shall be presented by the applicant to the Regionat Office during hisiher
scheduled appointment date together with the confirmation schedule.
NOTE: The OLEASS shall allow the PNPE examination applicant the option to choose the
examination centerwhere he/she wishes to take said examination, regardless of place of residence.
IMPORTANT
Application Forms (NAPOLCOM Form 1-A) and lndex Cards can be obtained for FREE at
any NAPOLCOM Regional Affice nationwide, or may be downloaded frorn the NAPOLCOM weOsite
at www.napolcom.eov.ph. These may also be REPRODUCED using the original size of the
Application Form and lndex Card.
An applicant should file his/her application, together with all the required supporting
documents, on his/her scheduled appointment PERSONALLY only at the NAPOLCOM Regional
Office where helshe will take the examination. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED THRU POSTAL MA|L
SHALL NOT BE PROCESSED.
4. One (1) legal-size windovy envelope with Seventeen Pesos (F17.00) worth of mailinq stamps.
5. Transcript of Scholastic Record (with Special Order rssued by CHE*) and Diploma from
CHEd-accredited schools, state universities and colleges.
6. Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or
Certified True Copy (CTC) of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) and duly
authenticated by PSA.
7. For a PO1 with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla
Appointment or Special Order.
An examinee who faifs in an exam or after being adrnitted to take said exam, fails to take it for one
reason or another, need not resubmit the requirements should heishe apply again for the same exam
in the same exarn center. The applicant will only have to:
(a) submitthe ADMISSION SLIP of the last exam applied for;
(b) fill out a new application form and index card with lD pictures; and,
(c) pay the examination fee.

The examination results of examinees involved in acts of cheating such as, but not limited
to the
following, shall be invalidated:
a. lmpersonation;
b. Use of codigo or crib sheets;
c. Tampering with exam records;
d. Collusion of whatever nature between exarninees and examination personnel;
e- Examination number switching;
f' Such other acts of similar nature that facilitate the passing of examination; and
g' Results declared by the Commission, thru Examination Division, PAS, as statistically
improbable.
The aforesaid examinees shall be permanently barred from taking the NApoLCoM Examinations.
ln the event that these anomalous acts were committed by a police officer, he/she shall be charged
with dishonesty, and if found guilty, be meted the penalty ot dismissal from the service.
lndividuals who are found to have used fake NAPoLcoM eligibility for their entry into the police
service shall likewise be permanently barred from taking tne runpOlCOM examinations"
