Subject: Selection as “Tech-Support Engineer”

Dear Swapnil,

With reference to your application we are pleased to appoint you on the post
of “Tech-Support Engineer”. Your appointment is purely for a temporary
period of Three months with effect from 11/7/2010 after the completion of the
temporary period, this period can be extended in writing and /or your services can
be terminated at any time during the temporary period or extended period without
assigning any reason or giving any notice thereof.

1. You shall be paid monthly Gross salary of Rs. 3500/-(Three Thousand Five
Hundred Only) per month inclusive of all the allowances.

2. During the period of contract you shall be bound by the rules and regulations of
the company and the model standing orders which are in force at present or
which may be brought into force from time to time.

3. You will be whole time employee and are not to undertake any other business,
work or public office on payment or otherwise except with the written permission
of the management.

4. You are liable to be transfer from one shift to another, from one department to
another or from one site to another, or to the office and vice-versa or to any
associate company existing at present or started hereafter. In case of such
transfer, you will abide by the working hours of the shift, department, office or
establishment etc… concern without demanding any compensation of extra
remuneration. On transfer you shall be governed by the by the conditions of the
services or rules and regulations that may be prevailing in the place to which you
may be transferred.
5. You shall be responsible for the safe keeping and returning in good order of all
the properties such as tools, equipments, instruments, uniform etc…which may
be in your possession, custody, care or change. The management shall have the
right to deduct the money value of the thing from your dues and take such other
action as it deems fit in the event of your failure to account for such properties
whether during the course of service or otherwise.

6. You shall not disclose any secret or confidential information on the company
which may come to your knowledge directly or indirectly as an employee or
otherwise to anyone whether an employee of the company or an outsider while in
the service of the company or otherwise unless compelled to do so by law.

7. Your absence for continuous period of 8 days (including absence when leave
though applied but not granted) or over-stay for period of 8 days would make you
to lose your lien on the job and your services shall automatically come to an end
without any notice or intimation from the side of the management.

8. The company is liable to terminate your services without any notice, if you are
certified as “Medically unfit to perform your duties” by a company panel doctor or
a registered medical practitioner any time during the continuity of contract with
the company.

9. Your contact of the employment is liable to be terminated without notice or


payment in lieu of notice at any time during the period of the employment, as and
when the company comes to know of your any previous conviction by a court of
law or if you are convicted by a court of law at any time before the expiry of the
stipulated period.

10. Annual increment will be based on the performance of duty, if found satisfactory
during the past year of services in terms of efficiency, regularity, punctuality and
discipline and the same may be withheld if the performance is found
unsatisfactory or accelerated in case of exceptionality of good performance.

You are requested to return the enclosed copy duly signed as a token of your
acceptance of the terms and condition of the contract of your employment with us.

The terms and condition on the contract of my appointment hereinbefore mentioned is read and
explained to me in Hindi/Local language and understood by me and I accept the said terms and
Conditions of my contract of employment.
