About of Project
The EVS Mobility for Diversity project aims to realize the mobility of young people from Turkey
and Spain who, through participation in EVS activities, contribute to the achievement of the Erasmus+
objectives. The aim of the project is to promote youth participation and knowledge of European
democratic values, and young people to improve their personal growth, to gain enriching experience and
key competences, and to influence the target group: young people, students, youth organizations and
the local community for mainstreaming cultural differences and promoting tolerance, solidarity and
mutual understanding. In order to achieve the objectives of the project, activities are planned for:
preparation and implementation of initiatives, events, information activities, club activities on the
envisaged topics, promotion of free thinking and development of the key competences of the target
group and youth, promotion of innovative practices selected themes, campaigns and initiatives to
promote youth participation, popularizing European democratic values among the local community, local
events and a regional conference "Talk Humanifesto"- a platform for inspiring ideas for young people.
The implementation EVS period of the project is 10 months for the each participant.
The project will be implemented on the territory of Burgas City and the Burgas region in Bulgaria.
The project is intended for two participants - young people aged between 18 and 30.
The expected impact of the project on volunteers is: to gain confidence and adequate behavior
on the labor market for successful realization after the end of the service. The project improves the level
of key competences and skills of the participants and the target group, encouraging them to participate
more fully in the democratic life of EVS. The project builds on previous EVS projects of the organization
by expanding partnership, intercultural dialogue and Euro inclusion, which is essential for project
participants (EVS volunteers) and the target group.

The Delphi Strategic Management Association is a regional non-governmental organization with national
recognition. It was founded on 1 December 1998. The organization has a national status for youth
organization and EVS accreditation from 2013. The organization works in the following main directions:
human rights and European citizenship; civic participation and direct democracy; youth participation and
youth policies. The main target group of the organization are young people over 14 years of age, incl.
high school students, students, working.

Additional information on this EVS

Location: Burgas is an important regional administrative, cultural and logistic center. The town is located
on the Black Sea coast and near three natural lakes. The climate is moderate continental and subtropical.
The city has an international airport, railway station. a bus station and a port with an international
passenger terminal.

Roles and tasks the participant will have in the organisation: Weekly briefing (analysis of activities;
distribution of weekly tasks volunteers); Distribution of EVS results (preparing weekly reports of
volunteers; publications in social networks); EVS Humanifesto (activities in support of youth, educational
and social organizations, public institutions); Talk Humanifesto (Youth platform for free knowledge,
enriching experience and key competencies: preparation of club activities, events); Youth impact
(preparation activities for field work and activities: preparation of initiatives; study of good practices;
preparation of presentations a materials); preparation of thematic evenings for intercultural European
history, culture and art; Youth impact- Field work(information events; workshop for design environment,
European citizenship and youth policies; presentation of good practices among young people in schools;
universities and small urban areas); Youth Humanifesto (promoting of Erasmus+ program; information
on youth for mobility EVS)

EVS working time: 6 hour per day (5 working days per week)
Holidays day: Saturday and Sunday + 2 days per month
Individual support: 90 € per month (30 days) and mentor
Organization support/ for food: 115 € per month (30 days); accommodation + overhead (utilities).

The participant from Turkey must have a long-stay visa, category "D". The visa is issued directly by the
Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Ankara. Do not issue a category "D" visa from intermediary
(private) visa centers. The project will be reimbursed for visa costs up to € 100 against a receipt and a
copy of the visa.
