AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

I, FRANCIS RYAN G. LIM, of legal age, single/married, Filipino, and a resident of 108
Orendain St., Tagas, Daraga Albay, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state:

1. That as a practicing doctor I am holding my office at 108 Orendain St. Dona Maria Subdivision,
Tagas, Daraga, Albay;

2. That my family owns the place where the office of my business is located and therefore I am not
paying any rental fee.;

3. That I am not paying any rental fee to the building owner,;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.
