I prepared Guide Book and Manual and conducted capacity building workshops for multi-stakeholders on Project
Appraisal and Economic-Financial Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) Methodology in India, Bangladesh, Dubai, Laos,
Gambia and Mongolia. I worked as Professor (Public Policy and Research Methodology) teaching public policies,
research methodology and project appraisal and CBA techniques to MBA students in IILM, India.
I am a Gold Medalist in Economics from the Calcutta University, India and hold a Ph.D. in Economics as
Commonwealth Scholar from the East Anglia University, UK. I possess diversity in skills in research, teaching,
training, economic modeling and policy planning.

Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Maldives, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Philippines, Samoa, Senegal, Singapore, Sri Lanka,
Switzerland, Thailand, UK, USA, UEA, Uzbekistan.
Have various publications on Project Appraisal and Economic-Financial Cost-Benefit Analysis, Result Based M&E
methodology, Macro-Fiscal Forecasting, Medium Term Strategic Planning and Budgeting, PFM reforms, and
