Dear all students and teachers from Indonesia:

Nowadays, Mathematical Olympiad plays an important role to train the mind of students
who are interested and talented in in mathematics.

Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad (TIMO) will provide a fair platform to ALL
Mathematics lovers. The award criteria for TIMO is based on the individual performance
of each student, unlike general Mathematical Olympiads which fix the percentage cutoff
of the top candidates’ scores. Every participant will also receive an evaluation report to
figure out his/ her strength and weakness in each Mathematics area to set up a long-
term development plan.

The covered area includes Logical Thinking, Arithmetic or Algebra, Number Theory,
Geometry and Combinatorics.

In order to promote Mathematical Olympiad in Indonesia, TIMO Heat Round will be held
in Indonesia. I wish Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad a success! I look
forward to meeting everybody in TIMO Final!
