because the spindle continues the rotation while bar is changed.
[NO] : The spindle rotation stops with M00.

7-56
 EMERGENCY STOP AT NO STOCK (K00-bit3)
[YES] : Emergency stop will be applied with M00 when all bar of the automatic bar feeder is
end.
[NO] : The program will wait the supply of bar when machine is the emergency stop with
M00.

 USE SEPARATOR A (K05-bit1)

7-18 Serve Monitor Function

Press 5 and the INPUT key in the menu screen to display the following screen.
By using this servo monitor screen, programs are checked with dry run while servo torque
limit (limit on electric current) is in effect for the servo motor (just to be sure that there is
minimal damage if the unit should hit something during the dry run). And the load (current)
on the servomotor is checked.

The torque limit will activate by pressing TORQUE LIMIT key to turn the light on.(so
that ON will be displayed)
The following alarm will be displayed when an electric current that is bigger than the limit
data on the servo monitor screens flows.

411 SERVO ALARM

1143 TORQUE LIMIT ALARM

The alarm 411 is released by pressing the RESET key .

cause, and then turn the main power ON ( ) again. Press the CNC switch and MACHINE

READY button after press the RESET key . Turn off this key during normal
machining.
Furthermore, when the torque limit is on, rapid feed override automatically changes to 25%
or less (1, 5and 25% are available, The speed decelerates to 25%, even if 100% is selected).
The cutting feed override automatically changes to 70% or less (070% is available, The
speed decelerates to 70%, even if 80150% is selected). Also when the torque limit is on, the
feed override 100% command (M88) will be unavailable.

7-58
NOTICE
 When a servo alarm 411 is displayed, the message No. 1143 is displayed at the same
time.
 When setting a data that is less than the limit data, it is necessary to make the rapid feed
and cutting feed override lower. (If the override is high, an alarm sometimes maybe
resulted in during speed changes.)
*Rapid feed available → 1%
*Cutting feed override → up to 70%

Electric load displays percentage of each respective setting and the maximal electric current
load. Pressing the soft key [ALL CLEAR] will clear the data of all axes. This function is
useful when using the single block stop together so that each block can be checked
separately. Because o ftaking a bit time to display the electric load in the process, it is hard
to check the rapid voltage (such as speed change) quickly.
