SUBJECT: Application regarding abduction of minor Girl.

Brief Summary/Violations/ Allegations:

1. The present case is about the wrongful confinement of complainant’s daughter named as
Miss. Devvati who works in Heena Company in Haridwar and missing from 10.20.2017.
2. The Complainant alleged that on 10.20.2017 a person naming Mr. Sunil recreated and
induced her minor daughter Devvati and took her along with him. The complainant had
filed an FIR under section 363 of Indian penal code in police station Silkund.
-The complainant from some reliable source has got to know that the Manager of the
Company Chintamani is also involved with Mr. Sunil in the abduction of her daughter.
-The complainant has a reasonable fear of happening of any unwanted incident with her
daughter.
3. Complainant hereby humbly requests the Hon’ble Commission to pass a strict order
against both the persons and please to grant an order for the rescue of her minor girl.
