COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES:

At the end of the course, the students should be able to:-

 Conduct welding safety briefing in compliance with the requirement of Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) (P 4, PLO 2 )

 Explain safety, environmental and health practice awareness in compliance with the requirement of OSHA (C 2, PLO 5 )

 Explain job safety analysis and recommendation in compliance with the requirement of OSHA ( A2, PLO 8 )

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course identifies the competence required to enforce safety, environmental & health procedure, promote safety, environmental and health
practice awareness, investigate industrial accident, investigate safety, environmental and health practices violations and enforce job safety analysis
and recommendations that are in accordance with the Occupational Safety an Health (OSH) Act.
