Last Saturday, the Interact Club of SRJK(C) Kuang Min organised a visit
to an orphanage in the district. Two teachers and twenty students gathered at the
school hall and left for the orphanage at 9 o’clock in the morning.
Upon arriving at the orphanage, the teachers and students were greeted by
the supervisor of the orphanage. Together with the orphans, they cleaned up the
house and the surrounding area. When the cleaning was finished, the students had
lunch and played some games with the orphans.
They had a great time in the orphanage and went back at 5 p.m. The
students were very happy because they were able to visit and help the orphans.
They planned to visit the orphanage again.
