information really troubles them while selling or ordering items and hence causes bad costumer
experience. Faisal Electronics needs a system which will resolve this issue for them and give
them real time stock details.

• Parts of the works we do are extremely boring, verbosely, and tediously. Like we can only
service one table when guests order their meals. We do many things are all waste time with a
lot of time wasted.

• Our archives management is fall behind and inefficient. We could not accurately statistic the
properties and production materials we have. We cannot know whenever we need to examine
and repair our facilities, and also do not know how much raw materials we needed.POS will
resolve this problem by the scientific management.

• It is difficult to control the inventory. Shop has so many goods to be managed, so we should
use POS to control the purchasing, receiving, storage, and issuing.

work smoothly, so you don’t have to hire too much employees any more. In the other world,
the labor cost will decrease after use the POS.

their business of old manual model. Better information about the stock will allow Faisal
electronics to make better business decisions and a great costumer experience as well plus a
electronically generated bills give them more satisfaction and firm their true on Faisal electronics
and their business will flourish a lot.
1.3. Business Objectives and Success Criteria

Inventory proportionality is the goal of demand-driven inventory management. The primary

optimal outcome is to have the same number of days worth of inventory on hand across all
products so that the time of run out of all products would be simultaneous.
The secondary goal of inventory proportionality is inventory minimization. By integrating
accurate  demand forecasting  with inventory management, replenishment inventories can be
scheduled to arrive just in time to replenish the product destined to run out first, while at the
same time balancing out the inventory supply of all products to make their inventories more
proportional, and thereby closer to achieving the primary goal. Accurate demand forecasting
also allows the desired inventory proportions to be dynamic by determining expected sales out
into the future; this allows for inventory to be in proportion to expected short-term sales or
consumption rather than to past averages, a much more accurate and optimal outcome.
Integrating demand forecasting into inventory management in this way also allows for the
prediction of the "can fit" point when inventory storage is limited on a per-product basis.
