Our next generation starts with the youth and begins with the open opportunity to learn. We believe our
vision will spur growth in HUB Zones in architecture, technology and education. Beginning with these
HUB zones, it is in our mission to provide the open advantage to minority American youth. Phase I SBIR
funding will allow IMP to implement our foundation locally and set our company up for public commercial-
ization. We intend to broaden the vision of the world around us and do so by placing the bigger picture in a
futuristic frame, Literally! “Innovation can start anywhere” encompasses everything our research is about.
Iron Monkey Productions seeks to set a catalyst to bring forth innovation through industry using futuristic
concepts manufactured by scientist, engineers and researchers. With the help of SBIR seed funding and
STTR development we plan to implement this by globalizing commercialization of our ideas throughout the
industry. We seek seed funding to expand the vision of Iron Monkey Productions and open the industry to
the less privileged by creating jobs and getting youth interest in STEM. Our purpose is to create new forms
of manufacturing through innovations and discoveries to cut though the red tape and bring new products
and services to market. To move the future forward globally for all mankind.

Present-day socioeconomic obstacles require a new level of thinking. Any advancement of historical significance requires a
progression not yet seen; not only does it project a new mindset but spurs the opportunity for newer, and more futuristic inno-
vation. The global consciousness is always shifting with each era to come. The necessity of the human mind is to avoid stag-
nancy. We are always converging next-generation solutions as our needs evolve bringing forth new agricultural and socioec-
onomic prosperity. An advancement in the way we regard shapes and forms around us will procreate a revolutionary fresh
perspective in the modern day human mind. Our current advancements are dynamically exponential; our next big thing must
provide monumental change to pave way for new laws of universal proportion in order to grace humanity with a new vision.

It is essential to focus on the thought process of modern day humanity to create a better, brighter and more creative future for us all. We must
utilize our minds better for problem solving and deep progression and development, instead of simply reiterating previous generations of
thought. The significant problems we face cannot be solved by the same level of thinking in which they were created.
Over the last 10,000 years the same four cornered, flat vision has led world innovations to a stagnant breach. Reverse engineering has made
reiteration more common than not, and everything has been ‘boxed’ out. Little by little making the dimensional shift from 2d to 3d and 4d
aspects in our surroundings can effectively bring a new way of thinking; as did the circular wheel in the era of the indigenous human. It was
the beginning, now we have the wheel, and its inspirers. History has been repetitive of this pattern, sparking new change each time.

Catalysts set the stage of each generation, beginning an ‘amazing race’. New technological advancement, job opportunities, brand new pro-
cesses, and next-generation solutions emerge, as well as a new class of products. These products, never yet seen and seldom imagined, will
pivot our imaginations by terms unbeknownst. These Pivotal point products will propel us into our new era, the next Golden Age of Technol-
ogy. Genius reform to our current vision will spark a new age of true innovation and creative process.

In seven years, technology will have improved one million times since the year 2000. The changes to come will
be disruptive to current products, archetypes, business plans and current models, structures and systems without
change. There will be new expectations to meet; the mission of IMP is to revise old out dated business visions
and reset the organizational foundations in futuristic concrete mindsets
Our purpose is to create new forms of manufacturing through innovations and discoveries to cut though the red
tape and bring new products and services to market. To move the future forward globally for all mankind. IMP
seeks to set a catalyst, and in doing so bring forth innovation through industry using futuristic concepts manufac-
tured by scientist, engineers and researchers; taking the world by storm as did the cellular phone industry and
the computer. Not only will it open up industry to the less privileged by creating jobs and grabbing youth interest
in STEM.
In doing so, there will be a huge impact on the workforce for many years to come on multiple levels from field
positions to lab and research positions in STEM, to administrative positions, marketing and so on from the raw
form of our materials to the production line and commercialization. Giving life to our vision will provide benefi-
cial economically in the workforce and directly impact the quality of life of individuals involved. IMP will set the
stage for years of technological graduation with opportunity for collaboration through our specialties and com-
panies which share our vision.
