Benefit of the Assignment

Based on the assignments or tasks given by my supervisor, I had gained new knowledge. Handling two tasks for four months in industrial training is
not easy work for me as intern students. This is because the tasks must be completed in the stipulated time and at the same time; I also need to do
the office’s work. Therefore, the time management is very important to complete these tasks. Besides that, I had learnt on how to handle the
respondents and answer any ambiguities questions. Besides that, I obtain the opportunity to explore more about Microsoft Excel which I did not
expert at all before. This kind of skills could be used in the future because it can faster the time taken to do a report. These tasks also help me to
increase my soft skills especially communications skills. From these tasks, I can help my industrial training organizations to improve their services
and they will know any discomfort from their workers. To conclude, all the objectives of these projects are achieved.

As for the recommendation, the allowance system should be improved so that the allowance will bank in at the right time. Supervisor also should
know the background course of the trainee so that, the tasks given to the trainee will relate to the subject that he or she was taking.

Summary of Industrial Training

Through Industrial Training, I gained a lot of knowledge and experiences. I learn how to communicate with other people especially clients when
joined Muksyn Engineering & Services Sdn Bhd. In order to be a part of Human Resources Department, I need to know all the information about
the company and answers the questions that given from clients or other staff.

Even though the length of my practical is four months only, but I gained more knowledge, increase my confident level and enhance my soft skills.
