RESOLUTION

REQUESTING DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS FROM STUDENT SUPREME GOVERNMENT (SSG) FOR THE
TRAVEL ALLOWANCE OF THE PARTICIPANTS OF UP – SUBOL SOCIETY COMPETITION

WHEREAS, The UP – SUBOL Society since 1975 aims to build a better and fulfilling growth for the students in
various academic fields like History, Language, literature, tourism and Pangasinan History.

WHEREAS, is conducting a 2 – day competition this January 4 – 5, 2018 at the CALASIAO COMMERCIAL AND
SPORTS COMPLEX, an annual event among private and public school in Pangasinan.

WHEREAS, the said competition will be beneficial for the students and teachers of Bonuan Boquig National
Highschool (BBNHS) for their academic and professional growth.

WHEREAS, the travel allowance will be for all the participants joining the competition with their respective
assigned coaches.

WHEREAS, approximate number of 40 STUDENTS AND 10 COACHES from Bonuan Boquig National High School
UP – SUBOL competition will be joining the completion.

WHEREAS, the participants together with their coaches are the recipient of the travel allowance not amounting
of more than ONE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 100.00) travel allowance for the 50 DELEGATES from Bonuan Boquig to
Calasiao, vice – versa. Amounting to FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 5000.00).

Whereas, the said request will be on motion by the President of

Resolve, as it hereby resolved, that the requested travel allowance with amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php
5,000) be approved and be released from SSG fund, and this resolution be subjected to proper inspection for its
approval.
