• The Postgraduate Certificate in Education
(International) [PGCEi] is a masters level blended learning programme of professional enrichment for educators working in countries other than the UK
• Face-to-face meetings with UK tutors in the UAE
• The course focuses on reflecting on individual
practice through theory and enables you to compare teaching approaches in different countries The course structure
• The PGCEi consists of 4 compulsory 15-credit
bearing modules, completed over 12 months
• Modules covered: Contexts; Understanding
Learning; Approaches to Teaching; Final Project
• Each module is assessed by a 3000 word

• Credits from marks of 50 or above can be used
towards the MA Education, MA Special Needs or the MA Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Nottingham

Entry Requirements
• Ba helor’s Degree ith at least se ond lass
honours (or equivalent) or an approved professional qualification equivalent to a second class honours
