"PROVISION OF HIGHER EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE
STUDENTS OF BALOCHISTAN AND FATA (PHASE-II)’’

Dear Mr. MUHAMMAD ASAD ALI KHAN,

The Higher Education Commission is pleased to inform you that you have been provisionally
selected for the award of scholarship for Undergraduate Program under HEC Scholarship Program
‘Provision of Higher Education Opportunities for the Students of Balochistan and FATA (Phase-II)’. You
are advised to send following documents till 18th December, 2017 by registered post or courier service
to the undersigned:
 Attested photocopy of Admission/Reference letter of University.
 Legal documents (Attached with this letter).
 Invoice Performa filled/attested by Respective University/College (Attached with this letter).
 Please submit only those documents which are not already sent.
 Provisionally selected candidates who are availing any other scholarships at Undergraduate
level will automatically be cancelled.
You have been selected in Transportation Engineering at University of Engineering & Technology,
Lahore. You are advised to report to the Vice Chancellor/Registrar of the Institution immediately, failing
which the offer of scholarship will be considered as declined and cancelled.

Very Important:
The offer of scholarship award will be confirmed through a final award letter; which will be issued
after submission of above mentioned documents. If you are unable to submit the documents by 18th
December, 2017, the provisional scholarship award will stand withdrawn/ cancelled without giving
any reminder etc. and you will have no right to seek any remedy from any court of law. Moreover, you
are required to secure admission in case you are not enrolled in any Institute.
