Affidavit

I, Sri xx, S/o xx, resident of xxxx, aged about – xx years, by religion Hindu, by
occupation – Business, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-

1. That, I am an Indian citizen and I am a present and permanent address of the

above mentioned locality.
2. That, xxxx , S/o. Late xx, is/was my father, who died on 28.05.1980.
3. That, my father’s have a shop in our possession, situated at xxx
4. That, now I have decided to transfer the aforesaid father’s shop ( 40 square feet)
to Sri xx, S/o.- xx of xx, then there will be no objection raised from my legal heir
or heirs.

5. That I have No Objection if the said shop measuring area xx square feet is
transferred to said xx
6. That, I swear this affidavit is essential for the purpose of No Objection.

That the statements made above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief
on /12/2017 at xx and if found faulty I shall be liable to be punished u/s. 193 of
the IPC.
