compeitive authority of Coimbatore corporation in its ROC NO.............. dated .......... and the copy of the
plan has also been enclosed herewith.

SUBSTRUCTURE

Earth work open excavation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in
1 hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed
with small size boulders etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.SS 20 A(SI.no.61)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 Mix (one part cement, five part fine aggregate and ten part of coarse
aggregate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of

all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, Laying and curing
etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part fine aggregate and Eight part of
aggregate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of

all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, Laying and curing
etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 (M20) Mix (One part cement, one and half part of Fine
aggregate and three part of Coarse aggregate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from
4 approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges
and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete
with std. Specifications.(Using Vibrator).

postsbeling 2.0m and the spacing of postsbeling 2.0m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with

0.5m overlap on either sideand braces at 2m c/cincluding longitudinal and transverse middle braces to
step up and providing a platform with country woodplanks of 40mm tk & 1.0m width in a complete

Paving hydraulic pressed cement-Mosaic tiles of approved colour and of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 20
14 mm with CM 1:3, 20 mm thick and pointed with the same colour cement including polishing with
power polisher to a high degree of polish so as to be perfectly smooth and gloossy for 10Sqm.

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc),(anti skid) of 20mm thick of
approved spl quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of sand ) 20mm. Thick using
15 river sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour
pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as
directed by the Departmental Officers etc.,

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 20 C.m x 20 C.m x 2 C.m size
16 using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Water proofing compound and pointing
with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete.

Colour washing One coats with good quality of Colour pigments including cost of all materials to site
17 and all other labour charges for mixing, applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard
Specifications.

PLUMBING & SANITATION

Supplying, laying and jointing P.V.C. pipes of approved quality and best variety conformming to
I.S.S. and with I.S.I. mark, of the following sizes including cutting threading and fixing P.V.C.
18 specials but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall or drilling holes in roof and making
good the dismantled portions to original condition with necessary brick work and plastering wherever
necessary with necessary scaffolding charges.

For P.V.C. pipes of size :20mm ф

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make white glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN of
550x400mm with a a pair of C.I. Brackets, 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm G.I. Waster water pipe,
32mm dia C.P. Brass waster coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M.

wheel valve with ISI mark and necessary G.I. union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin
in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without
any leakage complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580x440 mm, white glazed earthen ware
of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap conforming to IS:2556-part XII with sand cushion and
forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (one part of
lime, two parts of fine aggregate and five parts of brick jelly)100mm thick and finishing the top to
20 required slope and including given necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismantling brick
masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to orginal
condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specificatios and as directed by the
departmental officers. (The water closet should br got approved by the Executive Engineer before use
on works).

Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed European water closet with 'P' or 'S' trap and double
flapped seat cover, 12.50 litres capacity P.V.C. low level flushing tank including all internal fittings
21 fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm
nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls
and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Supplying and fixing of push and pull type Rolling shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as
amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet.The

shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers ,
transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in positon of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of different sizes as
per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded section
of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multichamber cross section and duly
reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the
bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and PVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of
60 mm * 24 mm size in the configruation of an "A" section for shutter frames and multi-chamber

hollow plastic section of 200 mm *200 mm*1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove
section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking
arrangements etc., complete including dimantling the masnery, making chippings, holes in the RCC
column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same
to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the
departmental officers.

M.S. 'N' Type Ventilator.Supply and fabricating and fixing in position of 'N' type ventilators using
M.S. angles of size 25x25x5mm for frame and M.S.Tee of size 25x25x3mm M.S.flat of size 20x3mm
for fixing the weld mesh.Special type for hold fast welded to the frame of 45 degrees inclined towards
centre of wall and fixing the weldmesh 25mm size including 3 mm thick pin headed glass for all
24 panels and glass panels with necessary clips and puttie with required bolts nuts and waste and one
coat of red oxide primer etc., including necessary dismantling , making holes in RCC
columns,beams,masonary wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good
to the original condition after fixing as directed by department officers. All materials should be got
approved by the Executive Engineer befor fixing in position.

ELECTRIFICATION

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V
grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with switch
25 box with 5A F.T. switch inflush with wall and covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting
of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for light point / Fan
point (For electronic Regulator) SD 2

OVER HEAD MAINS:Supply and run of 2 of 1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed

Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains.SD 64

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Three Phase service connection with 3 Nos.
32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size
27 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with
suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with
7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit. SD 127

Supply and fixing of 5A 3 pin and 2 pin combined flush type wall socket with 5A flush type switch on
