OPEN : BLOWDOWN VALVE OPEN MEAN THAT SOV ( SOLENOID VALVE ) OF EACH VALVE SHALL BE DE -ENERGIZED.

Notes:
1- The ESD is higher level than PSD, and hence if ESD signal is generated, all effects of PSD will take place .
2- All actions will be through the compressor panel of WPS.

3- As per UNEPP scope of work, this cause and effect is for Fuel Gas Package only . However, It should be integrated / added with the existing cause and effect of WPS.
4- In case of high high liquid level, the effect will be process shutdown as shown in the table and it will be verified in the HAZOP.
