SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, SPOUSES ADELA Q. BUAYA, and ROGELIO V. BUAYA, both of

legal age, Filipinos, and both residents of 23, Block 13, V&G Betterhomes Subdivision,
Nangka, Consolacion, Cebu, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint the
secretary of CASUL LAW OFFICE, namely: ERLINDA V. MORFE, single, and
GLYNA C. FUENTES, married, both of legal age, Filipinos, and with office address at
2nd Floor Yampoy Bldg., F. Martir St., Poblacion, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines, or their
substitute to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact for us and in our behalf, name, place
and stead to do and perform the following acts and things to wit:

1. To process, sign, execute and deliver any affidavit/s, deed/s, and/or document/s
that may be required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue of Tagbilaran City, in connection
with the issuance of capital gain’s tax clearance of a portion of Lot No. 15480, situated
in Fatima, Inabanga, Bohol, Philippines, containing an area of 1,131 square meters.
2. To secure whatever document/s at the Government Service Insurance System
(GSIS) office relating to our purchase of Lot No. 15480 that may be required by any
government offices.
3. To process, sign, execute and deliver any affidavit/s deed/s and/or documents/s
that may be required by the Registered of Deeds, Assessor’s Office and any Government
and Private Offices, in connection with the issuance of Transfer Certificate of Title and
Tax Declarations in our names.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-fact full power

and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, with power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming
all that my said attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done
under and by virtue of these presents.
