Requirement:-
TML plant vehicles are maintained at Sanand plant as well as at dealers end. Nanos are maintained within plant
(never sent outside/at dealers place). Other than Nano (e.g. Indica, Sumo, Indigo etc) are maintained within
plant for oil/coolant changes or for where parts are available through STOs. Those vehicles are sent to Dealers
end when it cannot be repaired within plant, parts not available or in case of an accident.
We require PM process for schedule maintenance and accidental maintenance. Below costs shall be settled on
respective vehicle owner cost centers.
a) Maintenance cost of repair within plant through maintenance order. (Only part cost)
b) Cost of repair (Total labour cost + Total spares cost) at dealers end need to be captured (manually from
dealers invoice) into maintenance order of maintained vehicle.
c) Insurance claim reimbursement shall be taken as separate expenses (Spares + Labour)
Maintanace order shall captured all 4 types of cost in the maintenance order but shall only settle the cost
without insurance coverage/reimbursed.
2. Vehicle that goes to dealership for maintenance activity get certified invoice. That need to be entered in
SAP (against maintenance order).i.e. at that end of the year how much that vehicle cost (labour cost of dealer
invoice+ material cost) can be obtained from order itself.

3. Insurance cost again to be settled on order (Insurance company and TML both paid for the
expense).
Insurance cost shall be manually added in the maintenance order as separate
expenses.
4. Automated mail need to be sent to user (E.g. if maintenance activity is planned on 13 th May
then mail should be sent on 12th May to user).
