Considering the hardship faced by the employees posted at project sites for long duration assignment extending more than 180 days in a single continuous spell, due to inadequate /underdeveloped infrastructure available in such locations , a package of various benefits was introduced] In this regard your kind attention is drawn 10 corporate cirulars AAHR’TA/ dated 1.1.03 and AAHR:FS:1 dated22/04/2004 (refer Rule.4.5.2 of Subsection: D:1 Vol.! of Personnel Manual on the NET). We are pleased to revise the rates of existing benefits for employees posted in project sites in India and abroad A.
