Personnel and their dependents.

2. In connection to the above references, please advise to submit to this office


the complete list of personnel and their dependents in their respective units who have
Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension to include the medications they are taking presently.

3. The RHS NCRPO in coordination with the DOH will be providing medications
for FREE on a monthly basis. This is in line with the thrust of this service as well as the

being of our constituents at NCRPO.

1. The Regional Health Service-NCRPO will be conducting Health


Awareness Program regarding Diabetes and Hypertension to give awareness to our
MPD personnel, NUPs and dependents as well and especially to our personnel who
have already the medical condition and Information Drive on Reimbursement
Hospital Expenses for our PNP personnel.

2. In this regard, we would like to request for the availability of the MPD
Multi-purpose to be our venue for the said activity on October 12, 2017, (Thursday).
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

6. Comment/Observation: The MPD Health Service Team was deployed at


NCRPO Grandstand and provided medical screening such as blood pressure checking
and BMI measurements prior to PFT events. There were 425 personnel who participated
in the PFT; 21 PCOs, 403 PNCOs and 1 who was marked as No-Go.
