A Study of relationships
in Christian Primary schools of
Boven Digoel Regency, Papua, Indonesia

Abstract: The research aimed to examine the relationship between principals transformational
leadership, teachers job satisfaction, and teachers work morale at Christian Primary Schools in
Boven Digoel Regency, Papua. The research sampels included 94 teachers at Christians Primary
Schools in Boven Digoel Regency, Papua. Questionairres were the main tool of data collecting.
The data were given quantitative treatment. In order to have an acurate result of data analysis,
the researchers using the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPPS) version 16 for
Windows. Based on the data analysis, the research revealed that: (a) there is a significant
relationship between principals transformational leadership and teachers job satisfaction at
Christian Primary Schools in Boven Digoel Regency, Papua; (b) there is a significant
relationship between principals transformasional leadership and teachers work morale at
Christian Primary Schools in Boven Digoel Regency, Papua; and (c) there is a significant
relationship between teachers job satisfaction and teachers work morale at Christian Primary
Schools in Boven Digoel Regency, Papua.
