Introducation

I got this idea of create a application of HUMANHEALTH which is a application

which shows the relationship between the doctor and patient .whenever we visit doctor maximum v vil
foget our medical information and past prespcription and operation details

Mainly I got the idea of create this application because of my grandma.

Whenever she visits her hospital railway hospital their should carry a book which is called as the medical
information of the patient . I got a idea everything Is innovated why cant this medical information book
can be converted into application where the person can directly access it by the doctor or patient in the
application
 IDEA GENERATION
My idea is generated by the inconvenience of doctors for not getting the past medical
information of the patient . Because , patients will not have idea what are the items or details to be now
whenever their visit a doctor . The following are the items or details which a some patients do no are:-

PERVIOUS PRESCRIPTION
DIAGNOSTIC REPORTS
BLOOD GROUP
SUGAR AND BLOOD PERSURE
HIV OR AIDS
ALTERNATIVE THERAPIES (herbal medicines)
ETC

This all are the major and important information that a person should now or carry the
documents whenever he visit a doctor. In case it is a emergency and patient Is fall on road due to
accident and he was taken by the ambulance to the hospital and the doctor take time to know his body
condition by the reports some time and he cannot now blood group and tablet details of the patients .

By the above information, I was thinking to innovate a Application where the doctor can get
to know the pervious details of the patients . Patients can update the information in the application.
This application can be access by the doctors,patients and Diagnostic center. Diagnostic center should
have this application so that he can upload the reports of x-rays and all scanning reports .

This application will be the public service application which is linked with the Adhar card
(like via e-challan application which is linked with the registration number of bike) of the patients
 IDEA SCREENING
The following steps will screen the service is what all about and how it wil work

1. This application is used to know all medical information and past operation details of the
patients to the doctor
2. Diagnostic center should also access this application so their can upload the reports of the
patients (it is so much useful the patient can download that reports and can send to the
doctor who stays in other countries)
3. This application can be access only doctors and diagnostic center by the entering the
patients adhar card number
4. This application is divided into 3 types

PATIENTS
DIAGOSTIC CENTER
5. At the present time every doctor have a smartphone and pc in this cabinet or in the
operation theatre. So he can access to this application by every sense . Every doctor should
register to the application by the adhar card and his know medical details should be given by
him self
6. Diagnostic center will have a pc in their office so by that their can upload the report in the
patients profile by getting himself registering by his adhar card details and diagnostic center
information
7. Patients or people in the country cannot now the medical information of them can visit near
by government hospital and register them self by giving a finger print and adhar number by
going on with all the check ups which are important for initial needs for a doctor.
8. Rich people and actors do not like to visit the government hospital can take a reports form
any private hospital and can upload it by themselves in the application by entering their
adhar card number
9. In this application the doctor should first ask the patients his adhar card number where
doctor gets to now the medical details of the patients than for example the person visit the
doctor because he is suffering from fever . The doctor should make prescription in the
application by entering the following details
Temperature
Blood pressure
Tablets details
Injection details
And it gets directly updated in the patients profile and can access in his smartphone
by the application . If he do not have a smart phone doctor can give a written
prescription
 10. In Diagnostic center, when a patient comes should ask him the adhar card number so
whatever doctor have said to take report its automatic shown in the profile because doctor
will post on the patients profile and reports are upload on the patients profile

digits aadhar number for registering himself

After registering the doctor gets the page where the patient
aadhar number should be taken to treat the patient and should
fill in the details of the patient

This is a application which is mainly runs with the aadhar card so it is most important

the aadhar card. By this we can aspect the demand of the application user will be more in the country
 Doctors are the main sources of this application .where their paly a lead role in the
updating of the medical information of the patient in the day to day.

India has one doctor for every 1,668 people, while nearly eight lakh doctors across the country may be
in active service at present, the government said on Friday.

"As per the information provided by Medical Council of India, there are a total 9,88,922 allopathic
doctors registered with the state medical council or MCI as on June 30, 2016.

"Assuming 80 per cent availability, it is estimated that around 7.91 lakh doctors may be actually
available for active service. It gives a doctor population ratio of 1:1668 as per current population
estimate of 1.32 billion," Minister of State for Health Faggan Singh Kulaste said in a written reply in Lok
Sabha.
Smartphones user in India are more nowadays but the India is also having the uneducated persons

1. This application should be released by the PM of the country on the nationalize day so
every person can get the information about this application

usage of the application and the person should be trained before their visit people
3. How the e challan and other government application are promoted in that way ads to be
given in the TV, social media, public place and other places where public can be attracted
4. In newspaper the information about the application should be give so every people should
