properties has increased 6.1 percent ZONE
across all Oahu regional zones for the 5
2018-2019 fiscal year. The largest
increases are in zones 5 (Kaaawa to Kaaawa
Kahuku) and 6 (North Shore) while the to Kahuku
smallest increases were in zones 3
(East Honolulu), 4 (Windward Oahu) +13.4% ZONE

and 1 (Salt Lake to Kalihi.)
