with the increasing development of society, making freight as a necessity for the community.

With the growing need for a means of transportation, then the more they increase development in

the field of transport push developments in technology, facilities and infrastructure of

transportation, science knowledge of the freight transport law. In freight transportation,

transporter has an important role as the party which organized the transport of goods and / or

people of a place to a particular destination safely. As the parties arrange transportation, the
