COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement is entered into by and between:

ADELYN CANTOR, 38 years old, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Purok 5,
Brgy. Salvacion, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, herein referred to as FIRST PARTY;

-and-

ANTONIO A. CANTOR, 54 years old, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of

Cabarroguis St., District IV, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya herein referred to as the
SECOND PARTY;

- WITNESSETH -

1. That both parties are husband and wife and had a mediation regarding the
First Partys financial claim from the proceeds of their house and lot
amounting 180,290.05;

2. That the Second Party promises to pay the said amount on or before
December 21, 2017;

3. Further the parties agreed to solemnly observe the terms and agreements
laid down in this document, to observe mutual respect and avoid acts tending
to discredit or damage the life, honor and reputation of each party.

4. That this agreement was executed freely and voluntarily by the both Parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto affixed our signatures this 10th day
of October, 2017 at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
