At the beginning of the video show that most of successive person come from

entrepreneurs. Also, it will need as necessary skill to be a successful entrepreneur like

able to lead and open-minded. Basically, entrepreneur develops their skill from the
experiences they had and there are three types of personality, which are social,
creative and risk taker. Thus, a student can acquire good skills and experiences by
gaining knowledge about the business world. This entrepreneur field might interest us
on wanting to earn higher income, being independent, innovated and creative.

1. Matrix Organizational Structure.

This kind of structure may have members of different groups working together to
develop a new product line.
2. Functional Organizational Structure.
This type of structure groups a person by specific function. For example, managers
of different functional areas all report up to one director or vice president who has
responsibility for all of the operational areas.
3. Product Organizational structure.
The advantage of this type of structure is that it organizes products by category but
can create completely separate processes from other product lines within the
organization.
4. Customer Organizational Structure.
It specializes in the needs of each customer group but can ignore the needs of
different customer types.
5. Geographic Organizational Structure.
For organizations that cover a span of geographic regions, it sometimes makes
sense to organize by region.
