This video basically discuss about the entrepreneurship in many way.

At first, the
video displayed on an actually entrepreneur is and the fact or statistic of entrepreneur.
It promotes and provides information about entrepreneurship in term of task and
responsibility, median salary and growth potential and sample salary. The video also
listed the necessary skills in order to become a successful entrepreneur such as dare to
take risks, open minded, multitasking and more. Additionally, it relates students with
the experiences and skills of entrepreneur. Furthermore, the organization of
entrepreneurship had been show as well as their advantages. There were 2 interviews
toward company to show the advantages of their organization. In the end of the video,
two detailed career trends had been introduced, which were long term and short term.

Organizational structures basically about the reporting level of the organization and
has been breaking down into five categories. First is, matrix organization (figure 1).
In the matrix, employees should have their own task, but they also responsible for
other group to develop new production line. This taught the employees to serve the
whole organization not only their department. Second is, functional. In every
organization has dfferent department but managing the other department example
procurement and human resource. Third is product. Each product undergo few
process (figure2) before becoming complete products example labelling, dressing, etc.
Fourth is customer. In some area, each customer has their own needs and their
reporting level. Last, geographic. To avoid short in logistic in some areas, good to has
few branches in south, west,north, east and central region.
