3 Keep the customers and make them stay loyal

After few years, the establishment of the business has to go well. A plan has to be done to
improve finance management and the production planning so that the business can be run in
effective way. The business has to ensure many loyal customers especially during celebration
period by providing special menu of cake, biscuits, breads and many variety foods. The menu
can be sold only during that period and it is one of the strategies that can be done to make
strong connection with customers as the customers will remember that special menu on three
difference celebration which include celebration of Hari Raya, Chinese New Year and
Deepavali.

Besides, the entrepreneur must develop a good relationship with his workers where incentive
should be given to them for any extra profit that they get for certain months and standard
salary must be paid to each of them in reasonable rate. The allowance and good salary is
capable to make the worker to work with full satisfaction and it leads the worker to provide
good services and products to customers.

4.3.6 Conduct proper systems and operations

The entrepreneur of Straight Outta Oven Bakery has to ensure that the business always
operates in the proper and correct manner. It is also important to ensure that the business
runs every day throughout the year with minimal holidays. The entrepreneur must make sure
that the working place are always safe in order to ensure his customers' and his workers'
safety. Machines that are used in the bakery must undergo well maintenance services so that
they were always in a good operating condition. Besides, the precaution symbol for handling
the machine with high heat and voltage has to be labelled properly. It is also important for the
entrepreneur to always makes sure that all the machines that operate on the working place
were safe to avoid unintended accidents from happening endangering his customers or
workers. Hierarchy of the work force in the company is crucial, so it has to be firm and the
orders have to be passed down to the subordinates properly and the whole team can work
perfectly well together. This could also keep the internal affairs among the workers to minimal
or to none. Maintaining a proper system of the business also gain the respects of customers
and also avoid unnecessary negative attention from any government enforcement
departments since it can avoid going against any law issues and caught up with extra lawsuit
cases.
4.3.7 Evaluation and taking corrective actions

Mistakes may happen from time to time and it cannot be avoided. So, the entrepreneur must
be aware of the mistakes and correct it throughout the operation of the business. Initiative
must be taken by the entrepreneur to reflect for any mistakes made so that those mistakes
which would affect the growth of the business will be corrected and not to be repeated again
in the future. For example, it is important to always find the best solution to overcome the
problem of having long life span for breads, cake and buns as well the loss of workforce and
businesses to the rivals. Besides that, the entrepreneur also has to set up a lot of benchmark
systems to evaluate the products, workers and machines performances. After finding out the
problems, immediate corrective actions must be taken by the entrepreneur to solve the
problems so that the problems would not keep on affecting the sustainability and the growth
of the business.
