with the procedures before beginning the
installation.

To avoid duplication, instructions may refer you to

the Operation & Maintenance Manual or the Service
Manual for more detailed instructions.

These kits fit the loaders listed that are equipped with a
cab heater. See your dealer for the cab heater
information.

NOTE: The compressor is filled with 150 - 170 cc (5.1

- 5.8 oz.) of PAG oil at the factory. DO NOT add
oil to the compressor

NOTE: To prevent contamination, keep caps and

plugs on hoses and fittings until installation.

bolts and washers (Item 2) [Figure 33].
Tighten the bolts to 75 - 85 Nm (55 - 60 ft.-lb.) torque.
Install the compressor (Item 1) to the upper bracket (Item
2) using the two bolts (Item 3) and nuts (Item 4) [Figure
35].
Do not tighten at this time.

Remove the crankshaft pulley. (See the Service Manual

for correct procedure.)

Install the new crankshaft pulley (Item 1) using the three
bolts (Item 2) [Figure 36].
Tighten the bolts to 26 Nm (19 ft.-lb.) torque.
Install the bolt (Item 1) [Figure 38] through the
compressor and into the lower bracket. Tighten the bolt
to 46 Nm (34 ft.-lb.) torque.
Tighten the bolt (Item 2) [Figure 38] to 75 - 85 Nm (55 -
60 ft.-lb.) torque.
