ABSTRACT

I have completed my Practical Training from Hindustan National Glass & Ind.
Ltd. (HNGIL) Bahadurgarh (Haryana).
It is a fully automated glass manufacturing plant During my Practical Training
I learnt about The Manufacturing process of glass, Distribution System, SCADA,
changeover of supply, Batch House Process.
I learned fundamental set up of HNGIL Bahadurgarh and its rich work culture
that lays equal stress on efficiency and values. This very important first step in my
ascent career at HNGIL. It provided me an opportunity as well as exposure in the
working environment of a manufacturing industry.
This program had been a great learning experience for me which has
enhanced my knowledge about the real manufacturing industry. Here I am learning
the practical implementation of those HR theories which I have studied in books. I
am in process of learning the real corporate etiquettes through the opportunity to
interact with various accomplished and experienced individuals working here.
In this report I include the Manufacturing Process of Glass and Electrical
Distribution system which I learnt during my Practical Training.
