EXHIBIT PROSPECTUS

General Information and Exhibit Regulations


WV Physical Therapy Association Annual Conference
April 21-April 22, 2018 at Stonewall Resort, Roanoke, WV

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PROCESS:


1. Complete the Registration Form: The exhibitor registration form is available through the WVPTA office. When
completing the exhibitor registration form, please indicate your exhibit booth level, complete all contact
information, and then send it to us at 650 Main Street, Barboursville, WV 25504, fax it to us at 304-733-6486 or
scan and email it to us at info@wvpta.org. Exhibit space is assigned based on the date it was received.
2. Company Representative(s): Please list all representatives who will be attending the conference. Nametags will
be provided for each representative listed. Representatives names are due by March 31, 2018.
EXHIBIT FEE:
The costs of exhibit space are as follows:
$500 Standard Booth- Booth, Company name on Annual Conference materials
$675 Prime Booth- Booth, Company name on Annual Conference materials, Company advertisement in
WVPTA newsletters, Meal Sponsor- your name and/or logo displayed on signage, and BONUS: Your
Choice of ONE of the following. 1) Your company name/logo included in a Post-Conference Email
Blast to all Attendees 2) A 3-month ad on the WVPTA website 3) One complimentary round of golf
$2,500-2018 Partnership- Benefits include ALL of the following: Preferred booth location, Company
name on WVPTA 2018 event material (Annual Conference, PT After Hours, etc), Company advertisement
and link to webpage on WVPTA website & newsletters, Database marketing (access to over 600 WVPTA
member mailing labels), Four complimentary rounds of golf at the 5th Annual Golf Scramble April 20th.

Payment is due as soon as possible, but no later than March 31, 2018.
Checks should be made payable to the WVPTA and should be mailed to 650 Main Street, Barboursville, WV 25504.
EXHIBIT HOURS AND INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL:
Exhibitor setup time is from 12:00 noon until 10:00 p.m. on Friday, April 20, 2018. (Alternative set-up time is available
from 7:00 am-7:30 am Saturday morning, April 21st. However, installation must be complete and ready for visitation by
7:30 am.)
Exhibit Hours
7:30 am - 6:00 pm Saturday, April 21, 2018
7:00 am - Noon Sunday, April 22, 2018

EXHIBIT VISITATION: The Exhibit Area will be located on the Second Floor in the Birch Room and Foyer, adjacent
to the Stonewall Ballroom where lectures are held. Complimentary breakfast, and refreshment breaks will be served each
day near the exhibit area for both exhibitors and registrants to ensure booth visitation. (Lunch on Saturday, April 21 will not
be provided during the WVPTA Business Meeting) Please note: Registrants will be given a door prize card to be signed by
booth representatives and valuable door prizes will be awarded. In addition, a silent auction will take place throughout the
conference in the exhibit area. Exhibitors are welcome to enjoy the breakfast and refreshment buffets.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS:


A limited block of rooms is reserved for our conference. Make your room reservations by MARCH 21 to receive the
discounted rate. Contact Stonewall Resort at 888-278-8150 and mention you are with the WV Physical Therapy
Association.
