Pursuant to Rule 56 of the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure, defendants

Gary Gibson, Carole Barfield, Denise Herndon, and the City of Ashford move

for summary judgment in their favor. Gary Gibson, Carole Barfield, Denise

Herndon, and the City of Ashford ask the Court to declare that Ordinance

2017-004 is valid. This Motion is based upon the attached memorandum,

exhibits, and stipulation.
